To place a phone order or to check on an item

during regular business hours. By phone, we accept American Express,
Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit or debit cards. To
mail order with a check or major credit card number, our address

We have teamed up with PayPal and E-mart Cart
so you can quickly, and securely place online orders using our
'add to cart' buttons. Use your major credit card or PayPal
account to quickly
and conveniently get the Tools and Parts you need anytime with
our secure online ordering system, plus with our easy-to-use shopping
cart system, you can easily add or subtract items from your cart
as you browse our extensive inventory. You can also choose
the shipping option you prefer by using the arrow to the right
of the 'UPS ground' default.
For online credit card
orders we accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, and VISA credit or debit cards.
We now offer $$discounts for
ordering online on many, but not all, of our items. The
online price is only available online!
When you are
ready to checkout, you will be transferred to a secure site
operated by our online partners E-Mart Cart and PayPal.
Once the payment
process is complete, your order will be electronically
transferred to us. In most cases, your order will be shipped
out of our facilities within three business days, unless you pay by E-Check.
Payment by E-Check will delay shipping for
several days until your payment has been cleared.

about our hours. We live and work in one of the most
beautiful areas of rural America. While we make

We can ship your order
via UPS or the United
States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping and handling
charges are based on insurance value, weight, and zip code. Small orders can
often be shipped cheapest via USPS.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO UNITED STATES
ADDRESSES:
UPS
makes ground Home or Business deliveries Monday-Friday.
USPS delivers mail Monday-Saturday
in the U.S.A. (May be different in rural areas.) (We do not have
next day service for Express Mail.)
For domestic UPS online orders to the 48 States, we offer
Next Day Air,
2 Day Air, 3 Day Express Saver, and
Ground Service. All shipping
charges include insurance. Due to the volume of orders, we
cannot guarantee your order will ship out the same day it is
received.
Saturday Deliveries-UPS
Express orders (Next Day Air and 2 Day Air) for a SATURDAY
DELIVERY are available as a $20.00 option you must call
1-406-446-2427 with a credit or debit card, which requires
special handling.
Shipping
days in transit are figured on Monday-Friday, not including the
day it is picked up, or holidays. Ex: Ship
out on Thursday for 2 Day Air-delivery will be Monday, unless
Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday. Ship out
on Friday for Next Day Air-delivery will be on Monday, unless
Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday.
Ship out on Wednesday 2 Day Air-delivery will be Friday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping fees include insurance and Customs Documentation.
Note: Orders over $650.00 must go by Express Mail
International to be insured over that amount.

Mexico:

DIRECTIONS HOW TO GET HERE |
- We are located in rural South Central
Montana, 2 miles off US Highway 212.
Coming from Red Lodge, turn EAST (right) on the paved county
road at Mile Marker 76 (next to the old Fox grain elevator).
Road is now named "Fox/East Bench Road".
- Cross the bridge over Rock Creek and turn
LEFT at the T. Road name is "Fox/East Bench Road". This gravel road will take you up onto the
East Bench.
- On the far side of the bench, just over a
mile from the highway is a county crossroads. Turn RIGHT
(South). Road name is "East Bench Road".
- Go South for about
¾ of a mile where the road
forks. Take
the LEFT fork and drop down into the little Clear Creek
Valley. Road name is "Turner Road".
- You will see the
shop, a large galvanized building along the creek. Turn in;
you are HERE!

WARRANTY |

The materials in a kit are warranted
to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH
EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE
EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM HEREUNDER IS RETURN OF
THE GOODS TO QUAD 4X4 FOR REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REPAYMENT OF
THE PURCHASE PRICE. ALL CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENCES OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY.
Agreement that any lawsuit will
be in Carbon County, Montana.
Venue and Jurisdiction:
A kit is sold on the condition
that you agree that venue for any lawsuit between you and 4x4
Tech, Inc. dba QUAD 4x4 will be in the Twenty-Second Judicial
District Court, Carbon County, Montana. You also agree
that Montana law will govern all claims between you and 4x4
Tech, Inc. dba QUAD 4x4. If you do not agree to these
terms, you may return the kit for a full refund.
Assumption of Risk:
Working on a motor vehicle,
and modifying a motor vehicle, necessarily involves certain
inherent risks, including serious bodily injury and death.
By purchasing and installing and using any of these kits, you
are voluntarily assuming all risks of loss, damage and injury,
including death, that may be sustained as a result of installing
and using a kit. |
Returns
A.) No returns on partial or
broken kits.
B.) Whole kits being returned must
include any instructions and/or video(s) in original
condition.
C.) No returns after 30 days.
D.)
Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any
merchandise. A Return Goods Invoice (RGI) number
will be given to you upon approval by calling
406-446-2428, Monday through Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m..
The RGI number must appear clearly on the outside of the
package you are returning. All item(s) must be
unused and postmarked for return within 7 calendar days
after RGI is issued to customer or item(s) will cease to
be eligible for credit or refund. Please write the
RGI number clearly on the outside of the package of the
item(s) to be returned and return to:

E.) Merchandise being returned must come back
freight prepaid, insured, in original packaging with
proper protection for the parts, and with a copy of the
