Sales Tax: Montana is a Sales Tax Free State. We never, charge you Sales Tax, nor do we collect Sales Tax for other States!
Payment Options: For Online Orders, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA credit, Debit cards, and Paypal.

For Phone Orders, We accept credit or Debit cards from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
How To Determine Shipping Costs and Shipping Options:

You can find the shipping cost before entering any credit card information.

U.S. Customers: To find your shipping cost, simply add the item(s) to your cart and enter a shipping method, State, and zip code. You can toggle between the different shipping options by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the 'FedEx Ground US 48 States' Default Setting to find the cost of the shipping to your location. The cheapest shipping option for most small orders and for any order to Alaska and Hawaii addresses is USPS Priority Mail. FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail shipping is not recommended if you need your parts in a hurry! FedEx and UPS normal deliveries are Monday-Friday. FedEx Express and UPS express have additional charges for Expedited deliveries.
Note: Orders to Hawaii are often cheaper by FedEx 2 Day Air than FedEx Ground!


International Customers: Choose one of the International shipping options and enter your country province, and Country Canada OR Non-US/Non-Canada and postal code by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the default settings to find the cost of the shipping to your location. For Export sales, the shipping costs include our certified export documentation and cost for shipping. IT DOES NOT include any applicable duty fees, import taxes, local taxes, etc. You also agree you have the proper import license or any documentation if needed. In most cases, the cheapest shipping cost will be with FedEx International Economy. Customs documents require a contact name and phone number. There are no brokerage fees when shipping via FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy. Please Read Tracking an Order below, BEFORE you place the order.

Expedited Shipping: U.S. Customers: Need it Faster? For U.S. destinations, you can select FedEx or UPS Overnight, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day, provided these methods are available in your area. FedEx and UPS Express do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless additional charges and custom shipping methods are pre-arranged over the phone, 1(406)-384-0270. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee your order will ship out the same day it is received, but we will do our best to ship the same day on express orders received by 12:00 noon, MST!

Saturday Deliveries: FedEx Express or UPS orders (Next Day Air and 2 Day Air) for a SATURDAY DELIVERY are available as a $18.00 option you must call 1-406-384-0270 with a credit or debit card, which requires special handling.

Orders have to be received and processed one day prior to leaving our facilities. Orders will not be shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Customers: FedEx Express International Priority is an option for faster delivery, but does not have a guaranteed delivery date as it depends on your area. The shipping costs include our certified export documentation and cost for shipping. IT DOES NOT include any applicable duty fees, import taxes, local taxes, etc. You also agree to have the proper import license or any documentation if needed. Custom documents require a contact name and phone number. However, there are no brokerage fees when shipping via FedEx Express International.
Order Processing: Once the payment process is complete, your order will be electronically transferred to us. In most cases, your ground order will be shipped out of our facilities within three business days, unless you pay by E-Check. Payment by E-Check will delay shipping for approximately 4 business days until your payment has been cleared. No exceptions! So keep this in mind if you need your parts sooner rather than later.

*Items not 'in stock' may take up to two weeks or more to ship.

**For our customers security, orders $400 and above are shipped with a 'Signature Upon Delivery' unless specifically requested otherwise.
Days In Transit:

Shipping days in transit are figured on Monday-Friday, not including the day it is picked up, or holidays. Ex: Ship out on Thursday for 2 Day Air-delivery will be Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday. Ship out on Friday for Next Day Air-delivery will be on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday. Ship out on Wednesday 2 Day Air-delivery will be Friday. FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail shipping is not recommended if you need your parts in a hurry! Tracking an Order: All online orders shipped are e-mailed a tracking number. Check your inbox, spam, junk, trash, or bulk e-mail folders for the tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking number in any of your folders, send us an e-mail to sales@4x4tech.net with the name the order was placed under and the date, and we will send you your tracking number at our earliest convenience.
Delivery Intercept: After a package has been shipped, there is a $20.00 processing fee to have it intercepted for a change of delivery or will-call option (U.S. orders only). If this is your choice, you need to phone 1(406)-384-0270 with your credit or debit card information ready, and we will gladly get the delivery address changed.
General: Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for printing or typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any orders. If we make a mistake, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item, or to correct the mistake.
Customer Service Hours: Our Customer Service office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am-5pm Mountain Time.
