Web Page Updates: We are updating the look of our web pages for the first time since 2003! See the new look by visiting our just released New Process NP205 Parts Page! The new page design categorizes each part class alphabetically making it easier to quickly find the exact parts you need. The new pages will also feature more tech information and make it easier to see and order the downloads, manuals, and special tools you need! This is an ongoing process in which we are building and posting the pages as they evolve. For the short term, our old legacy pages will have referral links for the new ones. Eventually, all the old pages will be deleted as the old HTML coding no longer displays correctly with most current browsers.

Tech Help: Except for Tech Support for products we have sold which we always answer within 1 business day, we are usually unable to provide personal tech help by phone or e-mail. In our rural area with under 10,000 people in a county bigger than Rhode Island, finding knowledgeable 4x4 tech people is tough, so we never have enough staff to handle the enormous volume of "how to" and "will it fit" tech questions we get every day. However, our web pages have more researched and professionally written 4x4 drivetrain specific tech information than any other website in the world. Please peruse our pages for answers to your questions. If you still have a specific product question, sending us an e-mail is more likely to get an answer, but, if you prefer, you can leave a message with our friendly order staff, but be advised we usually only have sufficient personnel to answer less than 10% of the the tech questions called in daily.

Dan the Gear Man Retires: After well over 30 years in the 4x4 business, our internationally known 4x4 Tech Expert, Dan the Gear Man retired from our day-to-day business operations as of March 31, 2011. Dan will continue to write our technical publications and website tech notes from home in between his hunting, fishing, and camping trips with his grand kids.
