Sales Tax:
Montana is a Sales Tax Free State. We never, charge you Sales Tax, nor do we collect Sales Tax for other States!!!
Payment Options:

For Online Orders We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA credit, Debit cards, and Paypal.

For Phone Orders We accept credit or Debit cards from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.


How To Determine Shipping Costs and Shipping Options:
You can find the shipping cost before entering any credit card information.

U. S. Customers: To find your shipping cost, simply add the item(s) to your cart and enter your zip code.  You can toggle between the different shipping options by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the 'UPS Ground' default setting to find the cost of the shipping to your location.  The cheapest shipping option for most small orders and for any order to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO or FPO addresses is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS mail delivers Monday-Saturdays, in most areas. Priority Mail does not provide any guaranteed delivery dates. UPS normal deliveries are Monday-Friday. UPS has additional charges for Expedited deliveries.

APO or FPO addresses are shipped by USPS only and require full name and phone number. USPS does not guarantee any delivery dates.

International Customers: Choose one of the International shipping options and enter your country and postal code by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the 'UPS ground' default setting to find the cost of the shipping to your location. For Export sales, the shipping costs include our certified export documentation and cost for shipping. IT DOES NOT include any applicable brokerage fees, import taxes, local taxes etc. You also agree you have the proper import license or any documentation if needed. In most cases, the cheapest shipping cost will be with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International. Customs documents require a contact name and phone number. International Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery dates. International Priority Mail does not charge brokerage fees. There are brokerage fees when shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service). Please Read Tracking an Order below, BEFORE you place the order.

Expedited
Shipping:
U. S. Customers: Need it Faster? For U.S. destinations, you can select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, or USPS Expedited Mail, provided these methods are available in your area. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless, additional charges and custom shipping methods are pre-arranged over the phone, 1(406)-446-2427. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee your order will ship out the same day it is received, but we will do our best to ship the same day on expedited UPS orders received by 12:00 noon, MST!

Saturday Deliveries-UPS Express orders (Next Day Air and 2 Day Air) for a SATURDAY DELIVERY are available as a $20.00 option you must call 1-406-446-2427 with a credit or debit card, which requires special handling.

Express Mail to states other than Montana is a 2 day delivery transit time. Orders have to be received and processed one day prior to leaving our facilities. All delivery times do not count the day the package is shipped. (Example: if mailed out on a Monday-delivered on Wednesday, if mailed out on a Thursday-delivered on Saturday, if mailed out on Friday-delivered on Monday. Orders must be processed by 5:00 p.m. MST Friday to be mailed on Monday. Orders must be processed by 5:00 p.m. MST Monday to be mailed on Tuesday. Orders must be processed by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to be mailed out on Wednesday, etc.) Orders will not be shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Customers: Express Mail International is an option for faster delivery, but does not have a guaranteed delivery date. The shipping costs include our certified export documentation and cost for shipping. IT DOES NOT include any applicable brokerage fees, import taxes, local taxes and etc. You also agree to have the proper import license or any documentation if needed. Custom documents require a contact name and phone number. International Express Mail does not charge brokerage fees. However, there are brokerage fees when shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service).
Order Processing:
Once the payment process is complete, your order will be electronically transferred to us. In most cases, your ground order will be shipped out of our facilities within three business days, unless you pay by E-Check. Payment by E-Check will delay shipping for approximately 4 business days until your payment has been cleared. No exceptions! So keep this in mind if you need your parts sooner rather than later.
Days In Transit:
Shipping days in transit are figured on Monday-Friday, not including the day it is picked up, or holidays. Ex: Ship out on Thursday for 2 Day Air-delivery will be Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday. Ship out on Friday for Next Day Air-delivery will be on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be on Tuesday. Ship out on Wednesday 2 Day Air-delivery will be Friday. Any questions on delivery days can be addressed to the individual customer service department: UPS 1-800-742-5877.
Tracking
an
Order:
All online orders shipped by UPS are e-mailed a UPS tracking number through the UPS system. Check your inbox, spam, junk, trash, or bulk e-mail folders for the tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking number in any of your folders, send us an e-mail to sales@4x4tech.net with the name the order was placed under and the date, and we will send you your tracking number at our earliest convenience.

All U.S. Priority Mail orders are issued a Delivery Confirmation Number and all Express Mail and Express Mail International orders are issued an Express Mail Identification number. All Priority Mail International is issued a Customs Declaration Number. Be advised that the U.S. Postal Service does NOT offer real time tracking like UPS. Delivery via the mail is usually quite reliable, but If your package goes astray in the Postal system, it may take days or weeks to get an updated tracking location. We have even had a couple of international orders take months to find. There is still a package we sent to Norway that according to the Postal Service has been in Spain since the fall of 2010. So, if you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to have an order quickly, we suggest you pay the additional cost for UPS service.

Delivery Intercept:
After a package has been shipped, there is a $20.00 processing fee to have it intercepted for a change of delivery or will call option (U.S. orders only). If this is your choice, you need to phone 1(406)-446-2427 with your credit or debit card information ready, and we will gladly get the delivery address changed.

Customer Service Hours Our Customer Service office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm Mountain Time. Nevertheless, our Customer Service office is closed at all other times including all National and Montana State Holidays. However, if you need to contact us please leave a message with our 24/7 order line, they will be more than happy to relay your message to Customer Service, or you can simply send us an e-mail and we will reply at our earliest convenience.
